Booking Policies

Please read entirely before booking your session.

  • Deposits: A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your slot. This deposit goes directly toward your total service cost.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits remain strictly non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date once if rescheduled within the time window.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Appointments are subject to a $10 late fee after 15 minutes, and will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes.
  • Preparation: Please arrive with your hair clean, washed, and completely blown-dry from roots to ends.
  • Hair Not Included: Braiding hair is not included in the service price. Please bring your preferred hair extensions to your appointment.
  • Private Space Policy: Because this is a home-based studio, no extra guests or children are permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.
